eGift Card Steps

1. Purchase TOM Points on this product page.
2. The TOM Customer Support Team will contact you by email after your order is completed to determine which account will receive the purchased TOM Points.
3. TOM Points will then be added to that account, or to a pre-made account if an account is not already registered.
4. Finished! The TOM Customer Support Team will then inform you and your recipient of the completed order.

About TOM Points eGift Cards

• A TOM Points eGift Card is a gift card sent directly to a specific TOM account – either a friend’s, a family member’s, or even your own.
• You can select & buy several versions of eGift Cards on this product page.
• TOM Points can be only used to purchase goods and services on the Tokyo Otaku Mode Shop. (1 TOM Point = 1 cent, 100 TOM Points = $1)
• TOM Points can be applied to any purchase.
• All TOM Points expire six months from your last purchase on the TOM Shop. However, the expiration of all TOM Points is reset with each purchase.
• eGift Cards cannot be cancelled or refunded after your order is confirmed.
• If you would like to send an eGift Card to a friend who does not have a TOM account, we’ll create a new TOM account for him/her with the amount of purchased TOM Points already added to the account.
