Shipping Methods and Carriers

We primarily use the following carriers for shipping orders, depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Japan Post (Air Mail, SAL, Surface Mail)
  • EMS (Express Mail Service)
  • International Couriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx)

The available shipping options and costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary significantly depending on the shipping method and destination country. The following are estimated timeframes from the date your order is shipped. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees, as they can be affected by customs processing, weather, and other factors beyond our control.

  • Within Japan:
    • Typically 1 to 3 business days.
  • International Shipping:
    • EMS: 3 to 7 business days.
    • Air Mail: 1 to 2 weeks.
    • SAL: 2 to 6 weeks.
    • Surface Mail: 1 to 3 months.
    • International Courier (DHL/FedEx): 2 to 5 business days.

Order Processing Time

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and prepare your order for shipment after payment is confirmed. This time is for quality checks and packaging. Processing may be slightly longer during sale periods or holidays.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, we cannot ship to certain regions due to trade restrictions or carrier limitations. If you are unable to select your country during checkout, we currently do not offer shipping to that location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the package’s weight, dimensions, and the destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you finalize your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s official website to monitor your package’s progress.

Failed Deliveries and Returns to Sender

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, the recipient’s absence, or a failure to pay import duties, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you via email. A refund for returned items will be issued minus the original shipping cost and a restocking fee.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST), and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are paid directly to the customs authorities or the shipping carrier. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple items with different release dates, we may ship them separately to get your products to you as soon as they become available. You will only be charged the initial shipping fee.

Change of Delivery Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will need to open an investigation with the shipping carrier. Please refer to our dedicated page for more information on support and returns.
